The provider is responsible for its own:

- services;
- employees and contractors;
- vehicles and equipment;
- insurance;
- licences or registrations;
- service quality;

- terms and conditions; and

Customer and Provider Agreements
Any contract or agreement for removalist services is between you and the provider you select.
CRQ is not a party to that agreement.
Any issues relating to the actual removalist service, including pricing disputes, delays, cancellations, property damage, loss, service quality or payment arrangements, should generally be addressed directly with the relevant provider.
Customer Information and Privacy
When you submit an enquiry, information relevant to your move may be shared with participating removalist providers so they can assess your requirements and contact you.

Once information has been supplied to an independent provider, that provider may also handle the information in accordance with its own privacy practices and legal obligations.
Acceptable Use
You must not use CRQ:

- to interfere with the website or its systems;
- to misuse CRQ content or branding;

Where CRQ is legally required to provide a remedy, that remedy will be provided as required by law.
