Credits Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once you top up your account with credits, no refunds or credit reversals will be issued under any circumstances.

Monthly Directory Listings

Our monthly listing option is a recurring subscription that continues until cancelled.

You may cancel your monthly listing at any time; your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid month.

Any unused credits at the point of cancellation remain in your account but are still non-refundable.

Annual Directory Listings

If you choose to pay for a full year up-front, you receive a discounted rate in exchange for the commitment.

No refunds, pro-rata or otherwise, are available on annual plans, regardless of early cancellation or unused listing time.

How to Cancel

To cancel your monthly listing, log in to your Partner Dashboard or email us directly at support@compareremovalistquotes.com.au

Cancellation requests for annual plans will be accepted but will not trigger any refund or credit reversal.

If you believe an error has been made in billing or account crediting, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge at: support@compareremovalistquotes.com.au

We will investigate and, if an error is found, correct it promptly.
